We made a reservation online. Later we realized we needed to move the reservation back a day, so we called and did so. However, it turns out that the agent did not move the reservation back but simply cancelled our reservation altogether without disclosing that to us. 
The only reason we're giving two stars instead of one is because when we called again to smooth out details and double check the pricing, the other agent explained honestly that our reservation had been canceled.

Best place to rent for your buck! Not only that, people who run this place are mind blowing awesome. I asked for upgrade because asking is worth it and they upgraded my rental, just like that. I have rented over 10 times at this place and they never disappointed me once! Give it a try, I'm sure you will get in same boat as i was.

The agent A.J  was very friendly and very professional really awesome job,  we will definitely always rent from there, the car was great and very clean we are glad to have these people  in our community.

IMy own fault on getting ripped off but, the guy charged me a hundred dollars more per week rate than I reserved the car for on the web and I did not realize it until after I left with the car.  The car smelled like puke as well.  When I returned the car, I tried to bring up the rate issue but, the lady behind the counter was so clueless, I gave up.  I will never go back to this location and it really spurred me on Avis as I used to rent from them regularly and have not for some time but, now wonder if this is a corporate wide thing?
