I am so tired of having my car serviced here. Unfortunately, because of all the recalls, I am forced to keep coming back again and again. My clutch has been replaced 4 times now and the car was bought brand new 4.5 years ago. every time I request a rental, they somehow mess up the rental and never have a car for me. This may sound like a first world problem, but when I paid them thousands of dollars for a service, I expect that to be carried out. Today was the final straw. I am pregnant,  so already tired all the time with a toddler in tow. They once again did not have a rental for me and said sorry there is nothing we can do  about it. WHAT DID I PAY THEM FOR!?!?! WHY DO I HAVE A WARRANTY WHEN IT HAS NO BENEFIT?!?!

UPDATE: When I went to pick up my car, something had gone wrong with the radio when the battery was disconnected. They found a rental for me. A very nice beautiful. They have been wonderful working with me on this problem and loaning me the rental until it is fixed. Still not my favorite position to be in, but they have certainly showed that they are making an effort to repair the relationship. And I appreciate it.

These guys are great! working with both the sales manager and service manager. They resolved a problem I had with my trucks front shock that ended up not being under warranty like I had thought it would have been. 
That's great customer service and standing behind your product.

Inver Grove Ford Lincoln went above and beyond the expectations I had when it came to the purchase of my Ford Fusion. Steve Thornton was the salesman we worked with and he made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions - he wanted us to get the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted! Not only did Steve do a great job, the rest of the staff did as well! When I came back to get my new plates, they put them on for me and gave me a complimentary car wash! I have not been disappointed! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your next vehicle from here!

Thanks to Salesman Keven Stender for working with us last week when we bought our 2017 Escape. (We love it!)  Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, and even let us drive it home first to make sure it fit in our garage. We're very happy with our experience at Inver Grove Ford.

Follow up: The Escape had a very minor defect in the paint which Kevin immediately set up service for to, as he put it, "Make the vehicle perfect for you." I was also given a 2017 F-150 4x4 as a loaner! As much as I love the Escape, the service guys "don't need to rush."

Thank you to Steve Thornton for spending quality time with us as we were deciding which vehicle would best meet our needs.  After one test drive Steve suggested some upgrades that would enhance our driving and comfort experience in a 2017 Ford Escape.  We were happy with his attentiveness to us, patiently answering questions.  Also Steve discovered that we had some accumulated points that we were not aware of, which when added to other credits, made the final purchase price 'doable'.
