Was informed that antifreeze had been inadvertently put in the water/windshield container. Therefore that "tank" was flushed and refilled. That put the extra due amount at about $130.00. A good report for all other auto - car systems was given. This is a business that I have trusted with my car since I bought it there. It's, nevertheless, a good idea to ask about prepaid services, you've previously purchased, or may be newly available or known to apply to your specific vehicle's current needs.

I bought a used car from Inver Grove Toyota, and had a few issues with it shortly after. I brought this to the attention of the dealership, and they promptly took care of it at no cost, and even lent me a vehicle while service was being done. Casey in sales and John in service were both super helpful, professional and kind. Very positive experience overall.

While I called on Tuesday to make a service appointment prior to a 1600 car trip the young lady arranging a service date, asked if I could be put on hold while she could check with the parts department for this appointment.  All of this was coordinated by Thursday (2 days later).  I was informed that the appointment may take up to 2 hours.  It was 1:45 minutes!  In the past, I have always been consulted on any work they thought may be appropriate now or a window within which is ought to be completed.  The option of waiting, leaving the vehicle, and van to drop me off are very appreciated.  I give thumbs up approval.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life. Every single person I dealt with at Inver Grove Toyota surpassed my expectations with their friendliness and helpfulness. Dean Rothenbacher deserves special mention as his professionalism and kindness were unmatched as the salesman who helped me with the process of purchasing my Corolla. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the employees I dealt with here.

My wife and I have bought our last two vehicles here.  A 2017 Tacoma and 2015 RAV4.  We love them and the customer service we’ve received.  Our Sales Consultant Jim Hayes went out of his way to make our customer experience the best.  There was no pressure to buy and he gave us straight forward information that helped my wife and I make a decision.  We’ll be lifelong customers I’m sure.
