David, the owner, runs a small satellite location away from the strip. My only experience with this individual was to contact him to inform him that one of his loyal customers of 15+ years was fighting for his life in a local hospital and that I was in town handling his business, which included trying to return the rental car that was rented from David. David agreed to let me bring the keys and rental car back the next day. The next day came, and David had already sent a tow truck to repo the car from where I told him it was parked literally while I was on my way to move the rental car with the keys that the hospital finally had released. It incurred hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in extra fees and charges. Then, he was thoroughly offended that I asked for a receipt. He was not going to give me one. This man is obviously desperate for money and will stop at nothing to charge his customers any and all fees possible. There are many rental car companies in Las Vegas that run business ethically, do yourself a favor and choose one of those.

Excellent service by the reps. They do keep your card on file just incase you want to extend your car which Infound very helful. Clean and reliable cars for a fantastic price!

Came here per recommendation from another Avis and they were terrific! Great people, very personable and professional. Took care of me very well.. I will definitely be renting from them again.. Highly recommended!!!

Best car rental company out there! I have used several while traveling and AVIS is the best for service, Car and Staff customer service.
