The agents are outstanding! Perfect service and are a pleasure to rent from. Cars always ready and I'm usually about an hour early, I'm happily greeted and they all remember my name. I highly recommend this location. Also if they make a mistake they make sure you drive away happy.

This hurts Rent-A-Car is the worst run, worst staffed company I’ve ever dealt with. To make a long story short I had a rent a car for temporary purposes in September ‘16 and every time there would be something wrong with that car I’d have to renew the contract and it was always different because there was never the same person in that office. I ended up turning in the car in because the keys got locked in the car and they don’t have extra keys so I had to pay to have it towed to the airport and then they charged me to cut another key which was 80 bucks. Then they ended up taking $1400 out of my account and to this day January 13, 2018 I still have not received my $200 deposit but they had no problem with drawn that $1400 out of my account avoid this hurts! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!

This place refuses to answer their phones.  They also refuse to set up a voicemail box so people can leave messages.  I've been trying to call all day with an important question, but no luck.  What a wonderfully run business.

The workers here i feel like they do t want to do their job... they just want to get paid hourly and not to do their job... i feel bad for the uper management ur people are lazy

Hertz must be banned. I rent a car via my insurance until my car get repair. They text me saying to return the car. I got only 2 weeks using it until my car is done. Nobody answer the damn phone. You leave a message and nobody calls you back. Horrible service. Try another rent-a-car otherwise your hair will turn white from the stress.
