Bottom Line: The car smelled horrible, but Brent made it right!
I was forced to rent a car the other day, since I wasn’t a big enough fish for my dealership to warrant a loaner. Thankfully, there was an Enterprise in the parking lot of the dealership I took my car, and I normally rent from them anyway. The Nissan Versa they rented me looked ok (sticker residue all over the doors and fenders; apparently, they don’t use Goo-gone or ?? to remove the glue, but otherwise looked fine). But once I had the paperwork signed and was on my way to work, I realized the car had the worst body odor smell ever…it was like someone had lived in the car for a month without showering. Once at work (an hour away), I called back to the store. I told Brent what was going on, and he said he would take care of me. I really appreciate that, and he did take care of me by cutting my bill in half for the car rental. He made it right, and I will rent from Enterprise again!

I received excellent service from Enterprise whuch included a clean, unblemished vehicle and a follow_up greeting call.

Worst customer service experience I've had at an Enterprise Rent-A-Car in years. The person managing this location this morning was rude, condescending, and everything you don't want in a customer service rep. The experience was so bad that I literally cancelled my rental and walked to a competitor a mile away. Not only did I get a better car, and cheaper, but the people at that location were polite. And being polite goes a long way.

My friend and I rented an intermediate car for the day after xmas. To our surprise when we got to the office in the morning, we had been given a free upgrade to a small truck because enterprise was sold out of vehicles. I wasn't thrilled with this because I'm not comfortable driving a truck and because of the gas mileage that truck was going to guzzle. Anyways, long story short enterprise gave us a free half tank of gas, comped our additional driver fee AND covered our late return when we came back just because of the inconvenience. I would say that exemplifies great costumer service. That is why I always have and always will continue to make enterprise my only car rental company. They truly care about guest satisfaction!
