Last month I was involved in an car accident which put me into a rental car for a full month.  On the last day of my rental, I returned the car to the W Sahara location in Las Vegas, NV after I thought that I had thoroughly cleaned out all my personal belongings.  About an hour after I returned the car, I realized I had forgotten not only my garage clicker and community gate clicker... but I had also left an envelope with a substantial amount of cash in the center console that I had in there to take to the bank.  I was completely devastated that I had left it and frantically trying to reach the Enterprise office to recover it, only to find out that they had already re-rented out the car to another customer for the day!! I thought for sure the money was gone for good.  Brent Adams, the assistant manager was a life saver and was able to contact the customer who rented the car, drive to them to search the car and found everything, even the CASH!  Brent - you have no idea how much you saved me that day and I am so thankful for your help. Enterprise - Thank you for making customer service such a priority in your business practices.  I've always been a loyal Enterprise customer and that experience solidified my reasons why :)

Made a reservation and got an email confirmation that my rental would be ready at 12:00 noon.  I got to the 5811 W. Sahara location at 12:20 and it was closed. By reading the confirmation email, it was very confusing indicating my rental would be ready at noon.  As I just took my car into the shop and would be with a car to run the kids to school and get to work on Monday, I was not in a good mood finding the location closed.  As I was in the parking lot trying to, unsuccessfully, get another rental BRENT ADAMS, the assistant manager was walking to his car to go home.  He stopped and asked if he could help.  Brent opened the store, got me int a car in less than 10 min and on my way !!!  UNBELIEVABLE customer service.  In this time, in this city what a surprise to find someone who cares about his job and his customers to this degree.  Enterprise, you should be grateful for an employee like Brent.

Angela and her staff aim to please customers and that is important to me .The great cars Enterprise has to offer are always nice and clean. The way they drive and the great offers Enterprise gives is always a pleasure to do business with.  Thank you all that work at Enterprise for just being excellent at what you all do best .............Rent cars .
