Called to change the drop off location and lady was rude. Had to call the shop directly and not the 1800 number for avis, she went on and started complaining they needed the car for the upcoming weekend. She proceeded to tell me it would be around $50, I asked for the exact total so I could change it. She failed to give me exact numbers and just changed it regardless. STAY AWAY

Lady work here very rude and arrogant; she refused the give the car with lame reason of DL. Avis should stop contact with her.

This is the worst place ever to rent a car. People who work here are all very rude and arrogant. There is no customer service and treat you very indicently. DO NOT GO HERE !!

Does 8am mean 9:30-10:00? No one was there to help and the guy I dealt was a douche as well. NEVER using Avis after this experience

The people that worked there are Absolutely  HORRIBLE especially  the lady .  Rude . Has no sort of manners. Doesn't look at you while your talking to  them.  They don't even deserve  a star. Never will I ever spend my money here.
