A pleasure working with Enterprise of South Amboy. I was having repairs done on my car and needed a rental. Each time I had went there, it was busy and there were always at least 2-3 people ahead of me. The woman working the desk and running the show, I believe her name was Kat, always had her hands full, taking care of all the customers, as well as answering the phone. However, she was very prompt and professional, taking care of everything and everyone to the best of her ability, especially myself, with a smile on her face and a wonderful attitude! Highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be returning when in need of a rental. Thank you Kat & Enterprise !! [=

Extremely lax and slow staff.  They made us an hour and half late!  Its crazy.  The keyport staff is way better.

I wish they had an option for negative stars. I personal car met with an accident and had to rent 4 times from this place and all the 4 times they had some problem. The manager is one of the most unprofessional people you would ever find. It seem as though she is doing me a favor by being there. For every question I would get different answers depending on who picked up the phone. 

The first 3 times that I rented was for office use but the last time that I rented was for my personal use for 3 days and hence had to go through my insurance company.  I called up on Tuesday evening to rent a car for Wednesday morning. I explained the person my situation to the person who picked up the phone and he told me that she will take care with the insurance company. Next morning when I reach there, I was told that I need to get a confirmation number from the insurance company. I was already running late but still called up the insurance company and got the  number for them. On Friday, I called up and told them that I am running late and will drop the car at 6.30 (after hours). After 2 weeks, I get a call from the manager that she needed the code. I explained her that I had already given it to them when I rented the car so she should have it in the system. Also she charged me for 4 days instead on 3 days because they got the possession of the keys on Saturday and were not sure whether I dropped it off on Friday or not. They did tell me that they are going to refund me the charge for 1 day. It has been a week since they told me that and I still dont see the refund on my credit card. 

But a special mention for the guy who came to drop me off at my place. I think the manger has to learn what customer service is from that guy. He is really awesome.
