DO NOT RENT FOR BUDGET OR THIS OFFICE. Budget neglects to inform you that if you pre pay and return your rental early you will lose all of your money. I called this office to find out if I would receive any money back and I was told that I would. However when I called back this Monday the guy turns around and tells me "oh I gave you the wrong information". OF COURSE any person would be infuriated. To add further insult to injury he hung up the phone on me because he I presume did not want to hear about me being upset. As a customer being hung up on is the rudest thing a person providing a service can do. How do you not expect someone to be upset about losing all their money on rental just because they returned it early? And then being further upset because you were given THE WRONG INFORMATION. As a rule if you are unsure of something you don't give out the wrong information.  Buyer definitely beware of Budget rental. This office is rude and lacks proper customer service skills.

Horrible experience made worse by rude customer service at the desk. Made a reservation for a compact car, but none was available when I showed up. They offered to upgrade my car for extra money, which I had to accept since I would have lost my payment on my reservation anyway, and I had a couple of appointments to keep. The guy at the counter shrugged and kept saying `I understand, but can't do anything' and refused to accommodate any requests to adjust the extra cost in fuel or extra hours. He half-heartedly made a call to a nearby rental service, something he should've done before I showed up, and made up some yarn about how they didn't have drivers to send cars (even to customers who had already made the payment in full!).

I wish there were negative rating option too. Pathetic service, I called 10 mins ago before reservation and confirm for car availability but once I reached I was told no car is available. I am not sure why they have staff who does not know car availability and still says customer to make reservation. No help, no curtsy no professionalism. Avis/Budget should close this office if they can't hire good staff

Absolutely terrible service. I had a reservation at this place two weeks in advance, and when I went to pick up my truck, they said they didn't have any. No other Budget stores within the fifty mike radius were open because it was a Sunday. They said "someone was supposed to call you on Friday." I was told my reservation was moved to another location, but said location was closed? They shrugged. They had no explanation for me and I was left scrambling for a moving truck.

We made reservations 6 days ago for a 16' truck, and now we are sitting here waiting for them to find a truck for us to get because they don't have one here.  How do you have a reservation for pick up, but NOT make sure you have the truck the day prior before closing??  I don't get it.... this is time sensitive, and ZERO help for our time.  This is ridiculous. What's the point of a reservation if you don't have a truck for us?  End result, we were told that we were SOL.  ...so no truck for us.  REALLY?!?!?
