Got a car from this location for a family trip to So.Carolina. The staff here was the best. Everything was set when I got there. Very pleasant to deal with. Ended up with a Ford Expedition, lots of room for everyone. Truck was like new. Thanks for the great experience.

I have been renting car from Enterprise, Old Bridge, NJ for last 4 years. I'm very impressed with  their level of customer service, high level of professionalism, and personalization. Entire staff is very professional and always ready to help. They'll call you ahead of time to understand your requirement and pickup you up promptly from the location notified. Most importantly they are team honest people. Theresa, Brian, Adam, Carissa, Julia and rest of the crew are super friendly

I like this location and the staff.  However, being a enterprise member has no benefits that I can see.  I am a regular renter but I don't see any benefit to that either.  Sometime the cars can be cleaned better.

The service of the people at our local Enterprise in Old Bridge has been outstanding. In particular, both Wes and Carissa have demonstrated great  helpfulness, thoughtfulness and professionalism in their efforts to help make our experience the best possible. We have come to gladly rely on their excellent service.

Thomas at the Old Bridge Enterprise was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with. Got a free upgrade to a way cooler vehicle, and Tom was willing to work with me and my schedule. Thank you Tom and I will certainly be coming to you and Enterprise for all of my future rental needs.
