I needed a car in a pinch.  Due to some storms in the NE my flight was going to be delayed for far too long and I needed to get back home to Florida ASAP.  All of the car rental companies were out of vehicles at the airport.  This location is quaint and very clean.  The customer service was phenomenal, Emad helped me a great deal.  He had a great sense of humor and helped to calm me down as I was super frazzled at the concept of driving 13 hrs by myself.  I would absolutely recommend this location.  If you're flying into Philadelphia, the cost savings from renting here vs the airport location far exceeds the cab fare ($21). In the future, I'll be renting from this location for my trips to Philadelphia. It's definitely worth it!

Fantastic customer service, and a great product all around.  My girlfriend and I rented a car for a road trip to Texas, and our Avis representative kitted us out with a fully-loaded, brand-new SUV.  We'd asked for (and paid for) any-old-SUV, and ended up in relative luxury!  We have the Avis rep. to thank-- he specifically chose that car when he saw that we had a long journey.

I don't know when I'll need a rental car in that area again, but if I do, this place will be my first stop!

The Avis on Springfield has the best service out of all the Avis/Budget locations I've dealt with. I'm a frequent renter & the service i get from Emad is 
Remarkable. He's solely the reason why I use Avis as my go to spot for Rentals. I would contest any Review under 5 stars because he's absolutely awesome with each & every one of his customers while making sure we all feel welcomed at his location.

I love this Store !

Mr. Emed is a friendly & courteous manager. He is very helpful and gives free upgrades whenever possible.I visit this store every weekend and always get a great car. Its a small outlet at an excellent location and price/service offered !! Highly recommended.

Always very good service and getting nice cars with good maintenance. Wonderful response always. I strongly suggest this store, where you can get good cars for affordable price.
