Called to check on my reservation and they said everything was fine. Got to the location just to find out there was no car available.

If I could rate them minus stars I would. I used them through state farm and was lied to from the start. Was told that I wouldnt be covered through state farm for insurance that I HAD to purchase their insurance. Found out a few days later that wasnt true. Contacted them and was told that I wouldnt be charged for insurance after that day. When I dropped the car off I was told that the additional insurance charges would never be charged to my credit card but they were. After three attempts at contact and two voicemails left for the manager which were ignored I attempted to get state farm involved in getting my money back. Was told by the manager with a state farm rep on the phone that my money would be refunded in 3 weeks that was 3 weeks ago. Now as of yesterday after state farm contacted them again I am again being lied to and told another 6 weeks to get a refund. WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I cant believe they have anything other than 1 star ratings. If you want to be lied to and overcharged by all means use hertz, thats what your going to get.

My rental experience was excellent. There was a car waiting that was clean inside and out. The return was just as pleasant, quick and easy.
