I had a change of plans - needed to pick up the van 1 day earlier.  The team at Enterprise was great in being able to accommodate the change. 

The only thing I would love is for Enterprise to have a key drop like car repair/service shops do so that after hours returns would be easier!

They messed up my reservation (I had it in writing) and I had to wait in the office for 50 minutes, before getting the car I asked for.  

I recommend that you only deal with the Branch Manager (Chris), as he can work miracles.  However, all of the other agents are useless !

Gas tank was empty - not a good idea to give someone a car without gas.  I really dislike it when a rental company gives you a car without a full tank of gas.

Excellent customer service!!!  In and out extremely quickly and electronic contract was a plus.  Friendly faces even at 5:45pm on Friday. Car was clean and a great ride. Best service I've received from a rental company in years. Bonus is that it's only 5 mins from my house.
