Great experience wherever I go cause I always change my location of drop off depending on where I am going and its the same experience. Just make sure you have your credit card with your drivers license its much easier doing it that way.

No complaints, very please with Enterprise car rentals and I was especially please with Enterprise car sales. I had a very enjoyable experience thanks to Dan Hill who was very ententive to my concerns when it came to buying one of your car's. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was very respectful,polite and patient when it came to all the questions I had before purchasing one of your car's. Needless to say, I,am now the proud owner of a jeep compass.

Always out of cars... worst experience ever..
When I returned the car after one month they charged me extra $50 .. my insurance supposed to pay $30 per day and when I got the car they said I have to pay $1 each day(taxes). But after 1 month the lady there said first I have to pay $113 and then when I asked her why then she said I have to pay $83 because the taxes was $2.76 per day. But doesn't make any sense cause the same day I got the call from enterprise and the lady said I have to pay $34 altogether. They are ripping off people.

I really enjoy renting from Enterprise. I rented a car from 12/22-12/26 to drive to Charlotte for Christmas. The tire pressure light kept coming on and we had to keep stopping to put air in the tire. I called Enterprise Friday morning and spoke with Maureen, the manager at the Upper Darby office. She advised me to see if I could trade the car in for a safer one, or find a Firestone location to fix the tire. Well thank goodness we found a Firestone that not only helped us, but put a brand new tire on the car. Driving back on Monday, we got caught up in a lot of Holiday traffic and Maureen was kind enough to give me a HUGE courtesy option, to turn the car in on Tuesday w/o any over payments. I love Enterprise and how they make you feel special and treat you with kindness and courtesy.  I will always rent from them. Thank you Enterprise!!!
