Located inside Sears Auto Service, hard to find.  No vehicles available for an exchange.  Helpful on site rep, but lack of vehicles nearby as well, so I blame Avis.

I wouldn't use this place again.  Arrived at 10:10am for a pick up scheduled for 10a.m. and van wasn't ready till 11am.  Then I receive a $65 charge for a second driver, this was not metioned during signing of papers, all other miscellaneous charges were mentioned but not this.  I have tried calling the store several times, no one answers and the central office that does answer the phone states they can not do anything about the charge. Never again I will stick with enterprise, they are on time, friendly, disclores charges before you sign.

Took a trip out of state. Brought the car back a week and a half later. The employee was real friendly and didnt charge me extra for a clean fee because I had sand on the floor boards from the beach. Avis was the cheapest price with unlimited miles. I used my Costco card to get an even better price(you have to go through Costco or Sams website) super easy experience for everything!!!! Would recommend this avis and budget.
