Not pleased with the service & managers attitudes (Plainfield, Illinois) plus, the car I reserved a month ahead of time was not the one I reserved. The car they gave me was a lesser grade/ smaller + he said take it or leave it.....I had to accept it since I was 1300 miles away from home (SW Florida). There was NO credit of any kind to my account (like they said there would be). Absolutely the last time I do business with them.

I reserved a compact car here on Friday for Monday morning and specifically asked if they would be able to pick me since I needed the car early in the morning. They advertise as the company that picks you up. I was told to call early and they would most likely get me a half hour later. I called at 8am and was told that they wouldn't have anyone to pick me up until after 12pm. I tried to explain that I needed the car earlier than 12pm, but couldn't get a resolution.  I told the person that I was speaking with that I would try to figure some transportation there.  I couldn't come up with anything, and called to cancel the reservation. By this time it was after 9am. They then told me that they could possibly get me by 10:30 or 11:00 and it was just too late. After all this, they actually asked me why I was cancelling the reservation.  I was supposed to be on my way to my appointment by this time.  I want to stress that I in no way blame the person who was the only one in the office at the time. They were very nice, apologetic, and respectful at all times. I think that there is a need for some additional help or something at this branch. I'm more disappointed in enterprise as a company. You should stand behind what you advertise. I do understand that things come up and nothing is perfect all the time. Not sure if I will return as a customer here.

sucks too much info needed I had no problem in Colorado renting a car...while there two customers left with out a car... all of their cars are at firestone getting work done... will not come back!
