This Enterprise location is the best.  The staff are awesome.  They provide the best customer service and the cleanest cars.  I have never had any problems as I am a frequent renter,  3 to 4 times per month for the past 6 years.

This is a great place to rent from, they have great deals and they always pick me up and drop me off I'm more than satisfied.

I'm still renting from enterprise and it's just gets better I've joined enterprise plus with all types of benefits  !! Unreal !! and the Joliet office is the best they are very professional and at the same time there just like family these people will bend over backwards to make things work I can't ask for better service thanks enterprise!!!

Very bad experience.  I received confirmation from 2221 W. Jefferson In Joliet to pick me up 3 miles away at 5pm.  At 545, still no one showed up and they close at 6pm.  I spoke with supervisor at Enterprise and they could not get hold of anyone at 2221 W. Jefferson.  They never showed up and left me stranded.  I have no way to get to work now.  No one ever called me back to relate that there was some kind of an issue or delay.  The worst service ever.  I will never use them again.  They should not even get 1 star, it should be - 5 stars.

Had to pick up car the day before New year's Eve and the place was VERY busy. Sarah seemed to be working alone even though she was not there alone. She was trying to handle several things at once to keep things moving. She was smiling the whole time and did a great job. I will use this location again!
