Everything about my experience with B&B was phenomenal and top notch. From setting up my appointment over the phone to walking in and actually be welcomed with opened arms. Due to lack of transportation, to prevent me from walking to the dealership they even took the next step to pick me up from my house and bring me in to the dealership! That is unheard of amazing customer service. It was truly a red carpet experience. I spoke with a lady name Celeste to set up my initial appointment and she was able to pre-approve me in minutes. Due to some personal issues I canceled my appointment multiple times and they still were understanding and willing to work with me. Julian is the representative that welcomed me with open arms and helped me get into my vehicle at no time at all. He made sure there was nothing that I did not understand and was willing to work with me even with almost no money down. I highly recommend B&B to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Thank you Celeste & Julian!

My experience was great with B&B they treated me well with respect and very fast service. They really helped me get into the van that I choose, very helpful. If you are searching for a vehicle, I highly recommend that you go to B&B Auto of Burlington. Great people and very helpful.

We came in for help and Julian Jones  provided outstanding servce from the moment we walked in the door. He was very informtional and patient with our complex situation considering our limited funds. We were able to leave that same day with a vehicle without having to break the bank. Top notch service that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a classy car buying experience.

Great customer service from Fran G. He made sure I was happy with my car. I didn't like the first one so the next day, he let me exchange it with no questions asked.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cars are overpriced (somewhat expected from a bhph), and I was given wrong info over the phone about my approval.
