Took my Corolla in for a 40k service and had it detailed while it was there. My car looks, smells, and drives like it's brand new and I couldn't be happier with it! I dealt with Sean and Jason in the service department, and both were very helpful and friendly. The communication was great from the scheduling to the pick up, the price I was quoted was exactly what I ended up paying, and every single person I came across at the dealership acknowledged me with a smile. I will definitely be bringing my car back for future services and plan on buying my next car there as well!

I was helping a friend buy her first car and Jared did everything to make not just us, but her specifically feel welcome and at ease. The process was very easy and Greg Repose made the number crunching part painless. I would highly recommend going to Jared if you have been uncomfortable about car shopping in the past or even just tired of the whole thing and want the process to be easy.

We just bought our 5th Toyota vehicle and by far this was the best experience that we ever had! Liberty didn't have the Toyota that I wanted on the lot but they were able to find the one I wanted and have it brought it. From start to finish the whole process was super smooth and no pressure! Our sales consultant was John Lopaz and he was super helpful! Once the vehicle was there we were in and out in about an hour. Liberty is light years ahead of most dealers. From the sales consultant to the general sales MGR all the way to the GM they rocked it! The GM even checked in on us to see how things were going and if we needed anything while we were there. We will definitely be using Liberty for now on and I highly recommend going there! Thanks for the experience Liberty!

Pretty much matched the previous reviews of others. One salesman was on the phone (cell) and did not open the entrance door in which he was blocking, but still had the courtesy to ask what I needed help with. He was very short, because he was on the phone. I feel like he would have been better off walking away from the door or at least holding the door open and letting someone else approach me. Also if you're not there to buy but settling some other grievance, there just simply isn't any courtesy. Definitely need to practice customer service outside of just making the sale.

I initially had an issue with an advertising promotion, but the GM made it right. Very good business that seems to truly care about their customers and want to keep their loyalty. Will definitely do business there again. You guys rock!
