I happened upon this jewel in PG County! The owner Krystina and natural hair stylist Angel, (who just became my loctician for life) are amazing beyond words! The shop is clean, great energy, great atmosphere and what's more, the salon boasts full services! I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the full staff, but if they are even the smallest reflection of the Krystina and Angel, then I know they are nothing short of fantastic! I'm more than satisfied with my choice to have services rendered here! So to all of my naturalistas, loc'd Queens and chemically treated sisters, PLEASE check them out! So far no good. I scheduled an appointment using the app on their website. During the scheduling, the company collects your credit cardand is very clear that they will charge your card in the amount of the services that you reserve. SOOOOOO....if the stylist doesn't show...shouldn't the customer receive the same treatment...a credit in the amount for the services scheduled, plus gas money to get there.
Anyway, I am not able to provide a rating because I was never actually received service. I arrived when the last stylist was packing up. She was very kind and warm.  She was shocked that I was there, because the shop was not expecting anymore appointments. (I find this strange since there is a sign welcoming walk-ins, but I digress.) I show her my appointment confirmation, and she calls the owner. In my opinion, the owner seemed to care more about the scheduling system that I used than actually providing service. She told the stylist that she would be there in 10 minutes to do my hair. 20 mins later, I was able to make a phone call to another stylist and make an appointment . I left. I dont;t know if the owner ever showed up as she said that she would.
