Horrible, bunch of racists young white staff. Manager is rude and low class. Poor customer service! Rude, unhappy and disrespectful! I was there this evening to choose the car seat and stroller. We were looking, testing and trying to decide which one will work best for our needs. I unfolded one of the chicco’s stroller and see how big it is and if it will to my car. Apparently I was not able to put it together and left on the floor. I approached by a staff who asked rudely if I am purchasing the stroller that I unfolded. I said no, because I am not decided yet. This racist tells me to leave the store. I asked why? Her reply was because I am a owner of the store and I am the manager. Go to hell!!! I am not buying anything from you and spending my 💰. You bunch of losers. I will be following with corporate tomorrow. I am glad that they are going out of business. Never have this kind of treatment, she was harassing my family and me. Racists!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by these employees. They had an item in the wrong spot, mind you there was 10 of this item in this spot. I realized it was charged incorrectly and they said they couldn't give me my money back because all sales were final. So they completely over charged me and kept my money. It's not like I had even left the store and they admitted it was in the wrong place. It's no wonder they are going out of business.

RIGHT NOW THIS STORE IN SOUTH PORTLAND MAINE IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. AS YOU ENTER THE STORE THERE ARE SIGNS EVERYWHERE THAT SAY 40% OFF!! AT LEAST 20 OF THEM. HUGE. HANGING FROM THE CEILING. HOWEVER THERE IS NOTHING IN THE STORE FOR 40% OFF! NOTHING! I ASKED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO WORKS THERE WHAT EXACTLY IS 40% OFF? HER REPLY."NOTHING" SHE SAID EVERYONE ELSE IS ASKING HER THE SAME QUESTION. AND IT'S JUST A PLOY TO GET PEOPLE IN THERE. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING!! DON'T EVEN BOTHER GOING THERE. EVERYTHING IS WAY OVERPRICED.

One of the best Baby R Us. Stuffs are so helpful. Specially Ketty, she explained me details why should I buy this stuff. She also helped me at register. Over all very good location and well organized.

The staff was definitely stretched a bit thin they could have used more help esp during a huge promotion like the greater trade in however once I got an employees help they did help until I was satisfied. They had to open a stroller they had but didn't have a display out so they opened so I could try before deciding if I wanted to buy.
