Overall a great experience... some of the reviewers are unrealistic. This is not furniture made by the shakers, also not the place to go if a $5,000 sofa is what you are looking for. Bobs is very transparent, you are getting quality/high value furniture. I furnished everyone room in my condo here, it looks great! Thanks to Vanessa for helping me through the sales process, she was informative and a pleasure to deal with. Not your typical pushy salesperson.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Scarborough store. Bill Binford is a great salesman! He's a very knowledgeable person with a friendly personality. He directed us to the area in the store where we would find what were looking for and explained the pricing charts. Best of all he let us just stroll through the store and look at everything by ourselves, not following us like a puppy! When we found what we wanted we got his attention and he came right over to help us. Thank you Bill!

We have been customers of Bob’s for about 13 years. We have bought everything from couches to bedroom sets and have had great customer service throughout, in fact we have worked almost exclusively with the same salesman every time. That says a lot about what kind of place it is! Pete Foley has always been super welcoming and helpful wether we were “just looking” or ready to purchase. When buying directly from the showroom floor or shopping out back in the “pit” we have always felt taken care of. Joyce at pick up was also a warm face and helpful figuring out how we were going to get our purchases home! We look forward more great experiences at Bob’s.

Great experience shopping for a bunk bed for the kids. Was greeted by James as I made my way through the showroom, he was professional and not intruding, hung by close but wasn’t hovering and let me and my girlfriend look around. Had multiple bunk bed options but after some consulting went with the easy side steps(with storage) on the Colorado bunk. Delivery was seamless and installation seems solid. Would highly recommend The Colorado bunk and James as the no pressure salesman to my family and friends as well as anyone reading this.

I recently made my fourth purchase at Bob's. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best furniture store. There's a great selection, and the prices are reasonable. I've known people from back home (5 hours away) to come to this store. This time, I worked with Bill, who is very knowledgeable about beds. He let me try several mattresses, and he explained important concepts quite well. Really, looking back a few months, every purchase here has been great. I find the staff friendly and helpful. I'm all set for furniture for a while, but this is where I will go the next time.
