We just purchased a new bed for our son. This is the second set we purchased from the South Portland store. Jonathan was very helpful. He knew we had a specific budget and was respectful of our limits while still giving us many options to consider. We left the store confident in our purchase and pleased with the friendliness of our experience. Brittany and Jonathan were wonderful sales people. They were informative and knowledgeable and very kind and patient, answering all our questions. We found buying mattresses at mattress firm an excellent and cost saving experience. Would recommend the sales people and the store to anyone in the market for a new mattress. 👍

I had a great experience at the South Portland Mattress Firm! As soon as I walked in, Corey greeted me and offered me juice, coffee, and cookies. Although the showroom was very busy, Corey managed current and incoming customers with ease and insured we were all well taken care of. He was very knowledgeable about the beds and made purchasing a queen set a very easy process. In addition to his great guidance and no-pressure sales attitude, his upbeat demeanor made what I expected to be a chore a very pleasant experience. If you are looking to make a mattress purchase, I would highly recommend this business.
