Their BBQ is very good, and has improved in consistency over the years. Their sides are very good. Their service has been good each time I've been there. The restaurant is nicer than most BBQ joints. Downside: their burnt ends are only available as an appetizer, and you have to ask for their other sauces, and then they come in bottles that don't pour well.

Our favorite is the ribs. Delicious food, reasonable prices, warm customer service. It definitely gets very busy during the weekends but there is a comfortable waiting area and bar.

The food is always hot and delicious and the staff is very attentive. I've tried just about everything on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. The prime rib is my go to. You just can't beat a hearty, cooked to perfection, piece of prime rib. The restaurant can get busy but they do a really good job of seating people quickly. I've never waited more than 25 minutes on a weekend and they have a bar which makes the wait go ny quickly.

I'm a hater😆 Seriously though my wife and I have eaten there twice. Once inside and today takeout. I couldn't find anything to hate on either time. I love the bread pudding. The ribs are awesome. Great job Back Forty.

We loved it. Stopped by on New Year's Eve and it was somewhat busy. Was able to be seated and the wait was worth it. Service was fantastic, food was to die for. Ordered drinks from the bar that were very tasty. A little but pricey but the flavor was worth it. Definitely will go back.
