Went to East Brother Brewing Company for their celebration this evening. This brew house is great. Great beer and great environment. Sadly I cannot say the same about the food vendor. The cost for this mediocre food was 29.00 bucks. What did we get? A dried cold bun and overcooked tri-trip, a dried out kielbasa sausage in yet another dried out cold bun, cosco potato salad that made you want to gag, and sad and tired coleslaw. Did we eat it? We tried. Terrible food and confused people. Hell, I barbeque better than this and I can barely get the coals going. At least we had great beer to back us up.

Fantastic! Had them cater a party for 22 folks and could not have been happier. Presented well, on time, and just bloody delicious! The Tri-Tip especially impressed me. It's tough to not overcook Tri-Tip and keep it warm when serving a group...They Did! Thanks Jim.

Can you say HOME RUN!? Recently had a work team BBQ and honestly I was going back and forth with two other caterers who were both difficult at best to work with. This led me to YELP and Steel Smokin BBQ. Based on the customer reviews I made the call, and that made all the difference. Jim is a true professional. Made choosing the menu simple, provided extremely reasonable pricing, and his follow-up and communication was timely. Mind you, Jim was able to turn all of this around on three days notice. My group is still talking about the food. The ribs, brisket, and chicken were all outstanding. Best of all he delivered to our event! I absolutely recommend.
