We visited the location on Strickland a few weeks ago and I've been reminding myself to leave this review to share our wonderful experience and it was all due to an excellent employee named Thurston. 
We were greeted immediately. He was very kind, articulate and thorough as he asked about our order. I had no idea you could add grilled pineapple to anything you want until he told me & oh man, it's worth the try!! 
He was even thoughtful enough to bring some extra pickle chips as he brought our order over. I'm so glad he recommended them, as I do, because they're so yummy!! The onion rings are so good and crunch too, the best I've had. 
Overall, A+ for this location, mostly due to the excellent service provided by Thurston but also for the delicious food!! I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have such a dedicated employee in Thurston!

Sad there are no vegan options. They have 2 vegetarian burgers but they have egg that is not cage free and cheese. Their salads have no protein options for vegans. Had to go to Aldi to buy nuts once I realized how lacking the meal would be. Portion for salad is small. Atmosphere is nice and music is good and they have good beer selection. This is reason for 3 stars.

Absolutely a 5 star. Consistency, excellent service , I have had the same black and bleu burger ever since I was introduced to this joint . It is worth the drive . The prices are extremely reasonable. For what it's worth , I have had an almost 15.00 dollar hamburger in a so called high end joint in Chapel Hill , this beats them by far . It is very fair to say that management has put into perspective the importance of quality of their food , and service. Definitely a wow effect with the French fries . And everything else . Try it!!!!!

The burgers are good. The shakes are good. It's remarkable, though, how big your bill is when you check out. Yikes!
