I gave it 3 stars because the place appeared to be SOMEWHAT clean. This place is a jack of all trades but a master of none. My husband and I both tried the Spicy Korean Beef noodles. The beef was tough and looked like dog food, the sauce on our noodles was sickeningly sweet, and the opening of the drink machine could use a good deep cleaning. Definitely a very disappointing first meal after getting off our flight. Neither of us could finish it even though we were starving.

It's a Noodles. Staff is fine.  Food is fine.  Place isn't dirty. Nothing about it stands out, good nor bad.

The young lady behind the register seemed more interested in anything else than taking our order. Which we repeated sever times. And she couldn't get the register to redeem a coupon code. The manager seemed interested in berating the staff to the customers. The food wasn't even warm, and the braised pork still uncooked.. The place was a mess with ice all over the floor and tables with plates that hadn't been cleared. Save yourself the trouble. Definitely not going back.

I rarely post a review. EVER. I have been in food service for quite some years and I prefer to have people make their own decisions about the place that they eat. This being said. The team here is helpful, smiling and seem to care about the service here. The food was amazing and the recommendation was spot on. If I could come just for the food, I would be a return customer. For this, I give 2 of the 3 stars to the other workers and food.
 The manager however needs some MAJOR work. I have worked in kitchens that are not commercial, not turn and burn and defiantly and open concept. You can here EVERYTHING that happened in these set ups. This being said as a first time customer, he needs anger management classes and possibly a reminder that he is in the face of customers. (Even when his back is turned.) I am currently seated in the far corner of the front room and can hear him cussing loudly at his employees. If I can hear this... the children with their parents can hear it. He is also slamming things and throwing things around this tiny kitchen in an obvious tantrum about one order. The order was wrong and went out wrong and he lost his mind. He demeaned his employee while she was on the phone and continued with people in line. The service industry is not for everyone. We all have bad nights and days and something is always wrong, but we keep quiet in front of guests and keep going. 
I will consider coming back here when management doesn't make a complete fool out of the place.
