I would like to start off by saying the full staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk kindly greets me by name every time I walk in. My PT trainers are always making me laugh and making my time with them enjoyable. They are making me stronger each and every time I visit them. It’s a good pain. I am currently working with the PA staff with trigger injections and they are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and answer all my questions in detail. They truly care about my pain tolerance and want me to get better. Dr Cullen is very personable and values my health. He is quick and efficient. I truly believe his adjustments have made me gain back my strength quicker then I ever thought. I highly recommend Back Fit at the Queen Creek location. I will continue my health even after my pain tolerance is zero.

BackFit Health and Spine in Queen creek has been wonderful at helping with any issues I have had. They have a holistic approach and treat the whole person. Highly recommend this company.

I would recommend Backfit to anyone, especially the Queen Creek location. The team is so nice and very knowledgeable. I have been going almost 2 months now. They do not push medications on you especially opioids. They offer so many services. It is like getting a tune up for your body.

They provide good physical therapy and comprehensive exams. Treatments and adjustments are used sparingly. There are no special package deals offered to save money if you pay cash.

Friendly staff. The short time I've been coming. They treat me like they've known me for years. They don't just adjust you & that's it. You stretch, do exercises to strengthen back & neck. Very satisfied, highly recommend for any rehab or recovery.
