Our family is new to Arizona, and we needed to find a doctor for our family that would be comfortable and responsive to our daughter with special needs.. Matthew Morris, NP has been most helpful in making sure our daughter’s needs have been addressed. He has moved quickly on making sure she had appropriate medication. I have needed paperwork filled out on our daughter’s behalf that either he or his staff have completed in a timely manner. The front desk has been welcoming. We’ve received referrals quickly. This office has communicated well with me on all matters. We are happy to have found QCHC.

Dr. Cooper is the man! I feel so much better after I see him. I appreciate the fact that he puts his all into what he does, as if it's a personal accomplishment when I feel better. I'm not just a number here. Staff is  great. Highly recommended.

I had blazing back pain and within 2 days its gone. I couldn't sleep or function very well. Dr Baker is incredible. I am now pain free and educated toward a lifestyle of health and wellness.

This business is amazing. They are very professional, helpful, and most importantly very friendly. They will definitely make you feel comfortable. This place is Awesome 10 out of 10.

I Love all the staff and I mean all if them.  I think it was a great idea for Dr. Baker and Dr. Cooper to merge here with Dr. Lamb and Dr. Young. To come to one place to have so many different services to come to. It's also a very clean place. I am not waiting all day in the waiting area.
