I went in twice within three days. I had a cough, fever, mild sore throat, and chills at the time of the appointment. **note- my daughter had strep a week and a half before this and a friend recently tested positive. They tested me for strep and even though it was NEGATIVE they decided to treat me for strep. I felt a little better the following day, but symptoms returned for me and also hit my two girls the day after. We went back into this urgent care and they just gave me a stronger antibiotic and didn’t ever test my daughter for the strep. Instead, they just prescribed amoxicillin. I suggested a flu test and they said it wouldn’t be worth it because it wasn’t the flu. My girls and I got worse after leaving and thankfully we were able to get into our family doctor the next day. We never had strep, but DID have the flu-which my symptoms pointed to originally! I’m incredibly upset that I spent $600 over those two days for a misdiagnosis!! Considering how prominent the flu is right now, I can’t understand WHY they wouldn’t test me! If they tested me the first visit, it would have saved us the second trip and then a final third trip to our primary! I work with children and since I thought it was strep I almost went into work thinking I was no longer contagious! We will not be going back to this office again. In my opinion, a simple flu test should be standard practice right, especially after a negative strep test.

PA Packer was awesome!! Super friendly!!! It was a quick visit. One thing I want to point out mainly for management, the front check in lady I don’t think is a good fit for that position.... bigger/dark hair... anyway, she wasn’t very friendly and seamed to get frazzled very quickly and talked down to a lot of people in there. I watched and listened to how she talked to 3 other people that were in at the same time and all of them seamed frustrated even more after dealing with her. It’s sucky to be in urgent care in the first place. Then to not feel welcomed / belittled at the urgent care sucks even more. For her alone I’m dropping off two stars! :/  maybe put her somewhere there isn’t patient interaction.🤷🏼‍♀️

Very quick and on top of things. Made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was very polite. Especially the doctor! I was in and out in maybe 45 minutes. Best urgent care I've been too!

The experience here was great. The nurse that took my weight and blood pressure was absolutely amazing and he deserves a raise. I did feel a bit rushed though when the doctor took over. I only saw him for 60 seconds and then wrote my prescription and that was it. The pharmacist was more helpful then the doctor it seemed like.

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had. The staff was kind and courteous to the patients AND to each other. The new patient paperwork took me less than 5min to complete and the entire visit moved along seamlessly. I left with the impression that the entire staff including the doctors are there because they truly enjoy helping people get well.

Ive read in some of the other reviews about an unfriendly triage guy. Maybe he wasn't working on the day of my visit because a woman performed my triage and she was super nice.
