The staff are condescending and rude every time we go there. My daughter couldn't pee in the cup so we had to take one with us and bring it back. The lady at the lab left her waiting with it in the waiting room for half an hour before she would take it from her. When I asked her why she couldn't take it, she said they were busy and then went back to her computer. Seriously? The only reason we keep going is that my daughter likes her doctor. Not worth it in my opinion.

I've been a patient of Dr. McClure's since 2003. He's been a great doctor to me and has always worked with me on my health. 
The lab at this facility is great with appointments and even getting me in on a quick notice.
The phone system on the other hand, not so good. Long waits and I've been disconnected (hung up on) more than 3 times. After waiting twenty minutes or more and the hung up on, is frustrating. Plus all the menus to go through to get to where you need to be, needs some refining to help customers. 
Prescription renewals can be delayed on the office side as well. I've been cleared by the doctor and I know my insurance is good, there still is a delay getting it to the pharmacy. They can use some improvement there as well. 
I drive from Mesa just because of Dr. McClure, other wise I would have left this Banner office years ago.

I was looking for a doctor in the area but the reviews made me a little nervous.  It's very close to my house, which would have been nice, but due to the reviews I didn't make an appt.

We have been patients of Banner Health since they opened.  We love the doctors, however since they have changed their phone system it takes anywhere from 15-40 minutes to get through to make an appointment.  It has also become almost impossible to get a same day appointment for my children, even calling in at 7:00am and waiting on hold for over 1/2 hour.  Since Banner will not fix the problem with the wait time we will be looking for a new doctor's office.

Been a patient here for the past 3 years. Love Dr.Brooks! He is the BEST doctor I have ever seen!! 5 stars for him!! However, ever since Banner Health changed their phone system your wait time to make an appointment is anywhere from 15-40 mins. This is not right and very frustrating! People don’t have time to sit around that long just to make an appointment!!
