Their bed frames suck. Been through three of them. Right when I paid the last one off it broke again. Got one online from somewhere else that has lasted me over a year now with no issues. Don’t buy their bed frames. Everything else has been okay I suppose. But the interest rates are ridiculous. Am in the process of paying off a washer from here that already has issues. The middle compartment that spins the clothes came right out after just a couple uses. After I’m finished paying it off I won’t come back to Badcock for anything else again.

Go see Carolina! She isn't one of those pushy salespeople. She is very friendly and helpful. I bought a bed and came back and got a sofa. So far all is good.

Not happy with them at all. We've been loyal customers with them paying over our monthly amount each time. We've paid down to a point that we have available credit to use in the store. The store manager tried telling us in order to use the credit we already have available she would have to Re run our credit. This makes absolutely NO sense. To keep a long story short, Port Charlotte Badcock has officially lost a loyal customer and we will be taking our business elsewhere!

I bought a sectional which ended up having defects twice with in less than a year. After the second time I tried exchanging it for another couch I didn't care to pay for and wow they made me go through hoops. I had been buying furniture at port Charlotte location for 7 years and after I was treated with the WORST customer service by the manager, new manager I should say, I have not been back and I won't be back. Ever since the manager that was there provious to the women now, their service has gotten so bad. I mean I went in to make a payment and the manager never greeted me, never made eye contact I mean nothing, nevertheless i would run out of time writing what they made me go through to be able to get a couch that I wanted because their sectional broke on my twice with in 6-10 months, I mean they even asked me how many times I sat on the sectional perhaps too many time, reason why it broke! Never again, I did hear their previous management is in Arcadia, my mom which also has been a loyal customer and has experience unacceptable service, will make the drive to Arcadia if we decided to do business with them again.
