The worse Walmart I have ever been to. I had my car serviced and tried paying in the auto department my bill with a few items that I was going to purchase and and they wouldn't let me so I go to the front of the store and the cahier was taken over 30 minutes to attend just two customers ahead of us in checkout. Super slow....When the lady in front said that she was delaying everything the cashier said well I'm on the clock by the hour. Another cashier came over to her and was saying she didn't care if the customers have to wait. Like she didn't care that she is taking her little sweet time scanning everything on other peoples watch. The entire time they wore chatter boxing. I told an elderly manager and he didn't bother to open another register. Time is money and going here is a total waste of time. No one cares here go spend your money elsewhere!!!

Organized store product wise is great. Lacks serious customer service at a management level. Needs to hire more cashiers. Place is always packed and like 5 cashier's for the front of the store only. It's truly a shame knowing, that it's a store that many tourist visit as it is on the way to the Florida Keys, Biscayne National Park and the Everglades National Park. And always get treated in the poorest way.

I bought a necklace at the jewelry dept.  I checked the receipt, like I always do.  I noticed the necklace was 10.00 more than it was advertised on the box it came in.  I took my receipt and box back and they were very helpful and returned the money I was overcharged.

I've had my fair share of poor Walmart experiences, but this tire center, was the absolute worst. Worst Walmart experience, and worst Tire experience of my life. They deserve zero Stars, and I deserve to be paid for all the time they wasted

Learn to speak English please I make an effort to speak Spanish. Trying to shop there and asking questions is like talking to a tree and a brick wall. At least the brick wall listens and the tree stays quiet. The smell of weed is strong  in that place,  employees don't care, managers care even less, and nobody picks up the phone in human resources, another thing this place is really rude, most cashiers don't know how to count money, nothing wrong with people with Autism but when everyone has it , now it becomes a problem. This Walmart should really drug test it's employees. Stop picking people and hiring people from rehab center's, if I would have stayed any longer I think I would have became addicted to heroin. I rather go to Target and shop for groceries at a gas station. Homestead Florida City you disappoint a lot of people,
