I have been here a few times in the couple years that I have lived in VA Beach. Although the service lacks sometimes, the food is usually good. However my last visit was my worst experience there. Our waitress Debra seemed nice enough, but when we informed her that we were only doing drinks, appetizers, and dessert, her whole mood changed. She barely came to check on us, and would come to our table to bring plates etc. without saying a word to us. She was almost rushing us. When she brought our dessert out, she asked if we were good and gave us the check. We had the rum cake for dessert. It was missing chocolate sauce and barely had any butterscotch sauce. I bit into the cake to discovered that they've added shredded coconut to it, which i hate. I think a little warning that they've changed the dessert is warranted. All in all not a great visit.

Excellent food, however the worst service I’ve had in a long time. The wait time once seated was 10 minutes before the waitress actually came to take drink orders. Then another 5 minutes to return with waters. Took some amount of time to get the food which was very tasty, however our drinks sat empty for about 20 additional minutes. The only time she actually was attentive to us in a timely manner is when she brought us the check. Not sure if we will return to this establishment.

One of my favorite spots in Virginia beach. Customer service has declined a little in the last few months. However I will still continue to come here. Love the drinks and food.

I went to Bahama Breeze at Pembroke for lunch today with a few colleagues from work. Service was fine but the food was terrible. Reminded me of Chili's but even worse and worse for you. Also, while walking through the inside to go use the restroom, there was a sour, taint smell. This is the kind of smell that stems from poor bar and floor cleaning. I would not recommend to anyone and I will not be going back to eat there ever again. Drinks are decent but overpriced.

Very nice place to eat!
The wait staff was nice and attentive.
The management came over to see if 
Everything was satisfactory.
The food was great! Excellent selections. 
The Caribbean atmosphere was nice.
