Update 12/22/17 - We usually sit in the bar booths. The bar staff, servers and bartender are always friendly and accommodating. As we only make it out to this location about every three months, it is a pleasant surprise for the server to remember our normal drink and appetizer orders and gave a great recammendation on a highlighted drink. Food came out at the proper temperature and at an appropriate pace. We live closer to other ones, but this is the Chili's of choice for me. Food is well prepared, as requested, and served by friendly staff. This location feels like home to us due to friendly staff and atmosphere.

I came here with a group of about 10 people on Sunday afternoon when there was only about 3 other guests in the restaurant. We were asked to wait and that it would be about 10 minutes or so before we could be seated, understandable giving the size of the party. After 20 minutes, we were informed that we could not b served because they were not enough servers on staff to serve us.... So apparently no one realized that before asking us to wait. I am very disappointed in how the staff handled this and I will not be going back. Go at your own risk.

We frequent this Chili’s for family lunches and dinners. It is the one restaurant the kids and adults can agree on. The service here is always great and the food is delicious. Keep up the good work!

I don’t come to Chili’s often but when I do, I just want to de-stress with my tall Miller Lite. Unfortunately, this particular Chili’s is always disappointing me with, “I’m sorry, but we’re out of Miller.” I hear this almost every time I come in. Usually I just turn around and leave, but this time, I asked for something else at the same price as the Miller. After speaking to the manager, I was able to drink something else at the same price. So I added another star for their accommodating me but 3 stars is the best I can do since they’re disappointing me almost every time I come in. But definitely a big thank you for helping make me happy tonight.

I typically really enjoy Chili's...but my latest experience was left me pretty disappointed and discontented. Carla was our waitress...and she just didn't seem to be happy to be there. She took our order...and it took about 10 minutes to even get our appetizer of chili con queso chips. She came back about 20.minutes later to tell us that our order magically vanished so she needed to retake our order. She used a few cuss words to emphasize her disgust...I had to do a double take to make sure I heard her correctly!! It took ANOTHER 30 minutes for the food to show up, which fortunately, was pretty fresh and tasty. Throughout all this waiting...Carla was very slow to refill our drinks and chips. At one point...we went about 15 minutes without seeing her at all. And then...it came to pay. I had a gift card and an email coupon, so I decided to use the table kiosk. It was extremely sluggish and finicky and finally locked up. Carla came back about 10 minutes later and had to reboot the kiosk. It took about 5 minutes for that to happen...and it locked up AGAIN!!! Carla came back about 5 minutes later and finally took our bill and payment to her station to complete the transaction. So all in all...I estimate my family spent at least 45 minutes waiting that was totally unnecessary! I did something I don't like doing...and left a $3 tip. The kiosks are a great idea, but can you make the darn things working properly so as to not waste customers' time?!?! This kiosk flub seems to be a somewhat regular occurrence.
