The food is consistently delicious. I've had great service and below average service. I feel that the wait is too long when it doesn't need to be. Today the wait was 30+ minutes at 6PM on Saturday. The issue is that there were lots of empty tables. The manager said they were fully staffed when I asked. Our server was really lousy tonight too. I expect more this restaurants could be great if it was run a little better.

My husband, mom, & I went to eat here yesterday. Our waiter seemed very uninterested & even a little rude. We ordered our food, my husband ordered a steak medium rare & so did my mom. Both of their steaks were well done & burnt on the outside. My baked potato was cold, the French fries were cold, the toasted "garlic bread" was just one a piece of normal toast & was so stale it felt like your teeth were going to break off. Everyone's food was cold, cooked wrong, & nasty. When you're paying 30$ for a steak you expect it to be cooked the way you asked & to have a little effort put into it. Anyways, everything about this place was awful. I would not even recommend this place to someone I hate.

Absolute POOR customer service!!! I had my drink refilled poured from a plastics cup, not a pitcher. When I asked my server what was the policy, he stated it's more convenient for him to do it that way then to make me a new glass each time. I food had to be remade, it took an additional 30 minutes on top of my initial wait. Needless to stay I was very hungry! Last time coming here!!!

I was craving some ribs. Some friends of mine recommended smokey bones. I gave it a shot and i was very pleased. The ribs were very tender and fell right off the bone. My server, John, recommended the brown sugar rub and it was delicious, nice and sweet. I had a great experience and the service was fantastic. If there other food is anything like the ribs i will be sure to come back.

I was blown away with the food and service! This has got to be the best all around restaurant i have been to. The staff was very knowledgeable in what the menu had to order. The cook read my mind when making my tables food. I feel so relaxed and fullfilled and satisfied with joy. This was my 1st time coming to Smokey Bones. I'm certain it won't be my last. My birthday is starting very well. Sincerely, JM
