Best Bahamas breeze hands down! The waiters and the bartenders are so nice and go above and beyond for their customers. If they mess up anything, they take responsibility and make up for it without having to even mention it. They definitely know how to do good customer service! The food is so good too!

The server Sam was great, food was good and timely delivered. The manager on duty was horrible. We left credit card and came back from parking lot, not even 3 minutes since we left. They told us the card is with manager and when he recognized I was waiting for my card, he started counting the register and making me to wait more than 15 minutes!!! Don't forget that at the end of the day you are counting the customer's money and it was very disrespectful to make us to wait late night.

The food is great and the service is wonderful. My wife's steak came out a little overcooked and the manager came out and personally apologized for the mishap. It wasn't necessary but nice to see someone show their commitment to quality. It was also very kind of them to give us desserts on the house. Thanks again Martin for making our experience in your restaurant excellent!

New location. Decor was beautiful. So colorful and pleasant. Food was excellent and the service was the best we have ever had. Server did a great job offering options and checking on us periodically. Highly recommend this new location at the Loop.

This my new favorite BB. The decor is beautiful and everything we ordered was great. From the Jerk chicken sandwich to the Coconut shrimp tacos. The rum cake with vanilla ice cream in cream sauce and raisins , was amazingly good. The best cake and ice cream I've had in years. The cake was moist and not too sweet and the sauce just made it more decadent. Our server though, was a little off at first. She forgot my seafood chowder about three times and then it finally came it came with a dirty spoon. She quickly changed it and things were smooth the rest of the time we were there. I can't wait to go back...this place is very nice and close to me.
