This Chili’s never fails to impress with its good service and absolute best value compared to its competition. The burgers are truly some of the most fantastic I’ve ever enjoyed.

We have been to Chili's in The Loop several times, enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, but this time was different, when we got there the woman at the lobby just pointed the table where we should sit, aren't we supposed to be escorted? The place was not even full. So we walked to the table and waited for couple of minutes too long until one server finally noticed and asked us if someone has approached us already and we said no, not yet. So another couple of minutes too long came a lady who seem to be in a hurry to take our orders, and when we were still deciding what to eat disappeared and another couple of minutes too long came again took our orders and that's it. As I have said we have been to Chili's for couple of times this was a lousy night.

We just left after a long visit. It's our 2 year wedding anniversary and we considered Chili's one of our favorite restaurant chains. Our server was super nice- nothing negative to say about her (I think her name was April). We had ordered our drinks and got them fairly quickly. Shortly after we ordered our meal, I asked for a buffalo chicken ranch sandwich and my husband asked for a guacamole burger with a little pink. Then came one of the longest waiting periods I've ever experienced. It was nearly 45 minutes before we got our food, and in that time at least 2 other couples near us had been seated, gotten their appetizers, drinks, meals and began settling their checks. When our food finally arrived, my husband discovered his burger was well done, as was my chicken. It was so tough I couldn't even bite through it, I had to cut it in pieces. So we ate our fries in silence, meanwhile I had made eye contact with two managers and at least 4 different servers, trying to flag someone down to speak to. No luck. So when our server came back to us roughly 10 minutes later, we asked for our boxes and bill. She quickly apologized for the wait and ran off to help another table. Thouroughly unimpressed, I feel as though that was a waste of $30. Not at all how I expected my anniversary dinner to go. We definitely won't be returning to this location.

Food was good. Took almost 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was at the door waiting. My food came with hair in it, returned got a new one. Took forever for my waiter to come and take my dessert order and give me my check. Not sure if I'll be returning.
