Not usually one to write a review but just wanted to mention how good of service we got here. We had a very minor issue when paying with a gift card, and the manager Breheon (sorry if misspelled), was awesome. For a young kid he was very professional and fixed the solution very quickly. I work in a service job too so I know how it can be sometimes. Thanks for the help! Hope he gets recognized for his good work.

Service is fine. They receive a 1 star for taste. I've gone to this panda since it opened and the food taste so bland like McDonald's burger vs a place that makes burgers for burger lovers. It just doesn't taste fresh either hope they make a come back with out scheming to cut costs.

Never again. I waited over 30 mins in drive thru for my food behind one car at window. The attendant and customer was just having a a casual conversation. It took me stepping out of my vehicle and walking up to window to ask the attendant what was the hold up. When I made it to the window was told I have to wait an additional 10 mins for teryaki. When I finally received it no apology nothing. To add to it the chicken was burnt and received no terayki sauce. Bunch of careless kids in there working in the evening. Don't trust the people here either. One guy had his hands in his pants when I pulled up grabbing at the attendant. Can only imagine what goes on there after they close up.
