Love this place and the staff is always friendly BUT my wife and I cannot get over the fact that every time we come here, they’re either totally out of bread bowls or sliced deli meat (of one or two specific kinds). We have even come in craving bread bowls and they don’t have them, so we walk across the street and eat at Noodles World Kitchen. Whoever does the ordering needs to keep up. You’re next to Disney World! You have a high demand, you should have a high supply. This is making us choose to come here less and less.

This store is a joke. Constantly out of bagels, and have seen them get upset when I order the Dozen and a Half special, because it wipes,out their meager inventory. So I took to using the app, ordering the 18 bagels online the day prior to picking up, so the would have enough stock. So yesterday I ordered my 18 bagels, paid in full, with three different types of bagels, for pickup at 8am this morning. Today, at 7:59am, the store calls me and tells me they don’t have the French Toast bagels, and I need to order something else. The mgr says they just received the order, even though it was placed online 20 hours ago. I cancel, and get an email saying my refund to my card will take 7-10 business days. Outrageous. I call the customer service hotline, and they say since it is a franchise, there is nothing they can do except forward it to the store. They didn’t seem in the least concerned. What terrible customer service, and general business sense.

Love all panera locations. The only thing that I don't like about this location is that the carpet has a musky smell that needs to be addressed. Love their foods, especially soups.

I am so upset I left this location less than 20 minutes ago I placed my to go order and as I am Waiting in front of the line where they making the food I see this girl wearing no gloves making my food she sneezing rubbing on her nose touching her eyes texting on her phone while she was making the food it is just nasty they need to teach their employees proper sanitation and retrain this girl , I asked for the manager who proceeded to tell me she had just gotten there as if that supposed to be an excuse she also said she’s going home soon after I told her she looks sick she needs to go home she did not need to make in peoples food without gloves! She said well I’m sorry she’ll be going home soon like that supposed to help me or make it better .

The staff did not deliver my order as paid for. I ordered and paid for Brioche and when I went to pickup my order it was bait and switch. They said they had no more and tried to substitute but when I ordered the cashier checked and they had the items at the time of my order. Poor system management leaving the customer with a taste of distrust.
