Very helpful and friendly staff. Storage is heated and easy to access. The office being open on Sunday made an amazing difference for me. No complaints at all!

When we moved we had all of our belongings stored in their facility for a year and were always able to access it whenever we needed it. The staff (Janice and Roxy) were always the most helpful, courteous and smiling we have worked with. They go above and beyond in their commitment to service, respect and fairness. Not just to the job but the community as a whole, and their helping reach's out thousands of miles away.

Super friendly. They cut me a little break on account of the limited inventory available and made sure I had all the paperwork I'd need at the end so I wouldn't get charged extra by the other shop.

Isabelle and the team go above and beyond in customer service. They always have a smile and will work with you on any issues should they come up🌷 They also give back to the community thru donations in support of our local PD and animal
