Employees are efficient, with an amazing attitude--very helpful! The owners were also easy to deal with; I dealt with Sara the most, and she was extremely helpful and responsive. I would use them again for sure.

We've worked with Suseyi Pro on more than once occasion. The first time they moved us from our rental in Poulsbo into our home on Bainbridge with very short notice, and the day after Christmas. The movers were courteous and hard working. All of our items arrived in one piece and our home was left in pristine condition, including our newly refinished hardwood floors. Yesterday I hired them for a second time, they moved a new treadmill I ordered on Amazon from our garage into a room on the second floor of our house. The two men who showed up were polite and worked fast, they even took away the old treadmill to the dump. I wouldn't think twice about hiring them again!

Suseyi Pro Moving Company is THE only moving company I have used for the last 5 moves now. The reason being, is because of their excellent service. Ibrahim and his team have consistently been reliable, patient, and so kind from start to finish. I highly recommend Suseyi over any other moving company. You will not be disappointed.

He double charged me. They backed their truck up And took off my porch awning splitting all the wood. They were careless bringing things into my house with their equipment and split the wood on my stairs. My gutters all came down when my Awning was hit by their truck taking out all my Cable wiring as well. One of my brand new end tables from Lazy Boy fell down their ramp after being loaded in. And broke. He offered me $65 dollars. I showed him the receipt from Lazy Boy of almost $400 and the table was less than 3 weeks old. Local people on Bainbridge told me to go with another moving company however they did not have an opening on the day I needed to move so I went with this company and I regret it. I have NEVER written a bad review on a company in my life. This is the first one. Ive talked to others on the island who have had the same experience. ESP. When it comes to the bill. Being told one price but it ends up way more after the move. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOOK AT REVIEWS ON YELP UPDATE: I was just contacted today by the owner by email and offered to drop charges (since only agreed to pay the amount we both agreed upon and for him to fix the damage to the house inside and out and to return my “missing” items and in return I would remove this review. Well to me that is bribing a customer to not say the truth. So the review stays. The homeowner policy assessed the damage to the house and it was $9200. So the rates went up and I’m not paying an unfair man or company. You can make your own choice however there are enough reviews out there about this company with others having the charges triple at the end. I was just the lucky one that got my home all tore up by the trucks and crew. The choice is yours. Hopefullly I’ve been helpful So if the poor reviews I once read after my incident are removed I have to wonder what kind of deal he worked out with the others. Buyer beware Check YELP out for other reviews like mine. Unless he got the reviewer to take the review off

Very professional. Answer and/or return calls and emails quickly. Arrive on time. Excellent customer service. God forbid I ever move again, Ibrahim and his great crew will do it.
