I feel like two stars was generous. Every time I had to interact with the front desk they had a line, took multiple calls ahead of in-person guests, lost paperwork, suspended my access PIN number (when account was in good standing), and were patronizing and rude in person. 

However, my stuff was fine and safe in the unit, so that redeems a star or two. Lots of other options on BI, and if I had another storage unit need I would personally go elsewhere.

Outstanding Management! Security, alternative features, and condition of the storage spaces was Superior. Located on a relatively quiet , convenient street: "New Brooklyn RD". Excellent availability - we got exactly what we needed on short notice. Free use of van on move-in. Cost was reasonable and competitive with other locations on BI. Mgmt hosts periodic "Garage Sales" to provide tenants an easy opportunity to sell items they really don't need in storage. Management is friendly, knowledgeable, extremely willing to meet any request - refreshingly old Bainbridge all the way! We would use Reliable Storage again and wouldn't waste time shopping around. They live up to their name, and more!

When I rented the unit there was not a unit available for the optimum size that I needed. The managers rented a larger unit but continued to follow up with as other possible units came available.great customer service. I was impressed with the van that we used free of charge to move the goods into the unit initially. I will definitely use Reliable again if I need storage.

We rented two units for about 6 months. The units were clean and dry with no damage to our stuff. The staff were always very helpful and considerate. Access was always easy and the facility was very clean.

I store a trailer here, it's convenient and haven't had any issues. They offer a monthly auto pay on a credit card, very handy so as to not forget another bill. Staff is friendly and helpful
