Story

In August 1990, Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill opened its first Mexican restaurant featuring all-fresh, traditional fire-grilled favorites. Like many who grew up on fast food, we realized that it was time for something else, something different and something FRESH. Baja Fresh continues to be passionate about serving the freshest and highest-quality Mexican food in our bright, clean restaurants. We believe in the benefits of eating well, being active and making a contribution to the communities we serve. We call this philosophy "Live Fresh" and you'll find this attitude in everything we do.We choose handmade and farm fresh ingredients for our Mexican food, not tin-canned. You'll enjoy freshly prepared Mexican platters, not glorified TV dinners from microwaves and freezers.

Best chain Mexican restaurant. Period. Beautiful and delicious Baja-style fish tacos! Grilled burritos! Fantastic food. Always fresh. Perfect guacamole and variety of delicious salsas!

One of the best Mexican food I had here around Philly. Loved the food, presentation, service and everything. 100% recommended when you crave for Mexican food. Had chicken Fajitas and loved them. Shrimp tacos are tasty too.

I did not much like the previous Baja Fresh location in Montgomeryville and noted issues of cleanliness and service in my online reviews. So when that location shut down and this Trevose location opened up, it took me quite a while to get around to trying this location. I have to say though that this new one is a big improvement over the previous location in many ways. It is bright and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and eager to help whenever we had a question or request. I thought the food was sufficiently flavorful, but having a selection of sauces made all the difference. They also provide complimentary chips to snack on while waiting for your order. We ordered a few different items. The burrito didn't seem very big but the burrito bowl and the nachos were huge and filling, so pick one of the latter two if you're hungry. Baja Fresh is in a strip mall next door to Wawa. Access is either from eastbound Street Road or from Philmont Avenue. Parking seemed adequate as long as not all the stores in the strip mall are busy.

I have enjoyed the food here so far. Glad to have one in the area. Only reason I gave four stars is for the cashier can be a bit clueless of the food and options.
