If i could give this place no starts i would! They suck! It always takes them well over an hour to bring food, even on a wendsday night with no holiday. The food isn't hot when it gets here, and three times now they have forgotten our sauces. This time however, they forgot our pizza! We never recieved a replacement pizza and the extra sauces we ordered. they promised us dessert to make up for it, didnt recieve that either. im not ordering from here again! just order some place else, even pizza hut is better at this point.

Tonight I had the worst pizza ever , I don’t know what happend but the pizza was worst than a frozen one

Absolute WORST customer service experience EVER!!! Placed my order online, an HOUR later called and was lied to by “Sara” that it was on its way and would be here any minute. Forty-Five minutes later, called again and got HUNG up on, called back and asked for a manager, supposedly “Maurice” who also hung up on me when I said to cancel my order. Every person I talked to was RUDE RUDE RUDE!!  Calling Papa Johns for dinner tonight. Jerks.

Every time I order from here i get people who speak broken English and can barely take orders properly. I always say before I hang up to make sure the delivery driver calls upon arrival before he enters my apartment complex because they get lost ALL THE TIME so what always happens..... Delivery guy never calls, gets lost and food comes cold....

Ordered online and laid for extra sauces. Didn't get them so they said they would give a credit. When I called for an order they didn't have anything about a credit for extra sauce but they would do me a favor and deliver them. Got the order with no sauces. When I called the guy said awww I will send it out when my driver gets back but I don't know when. The sauces never got to me. Horrible customer service.
