The food if fairly good, but the customer experience / service is atrocious. I used to wonder why they're always empty, but now I know. The owner (husband) is extremely smug and annoys you if you don't pick up your food when they want you to. He will call you, ask you to come get it, and will complain if you don't. They have nothing better to do, so they press their existing customers. If you come late they will constantly question why you're taking long. I'd eat their food again, but I certainly won't pay for it, and won't be going back. I changed my 4-star rating to a 2-star rating. I would've given them 1 star, but the food isn't that bad.

My favorite place. Nice, quiet, quick service and very polite. The food comes fast and fresh.

Walked in and the cook was literally sleeping at the front register and the place was a ghost town. That should have been my first warning. Then was served chicken that was undercooked. The sleeping cook then argued with me and forced me to eat it. I paid and left. Long story short, got violently ill.

A couple years ago me and my brother went into the restaurant and ate, then paid and walked to the car. Once I got to the car and closed the door I said damn did I tip, and unbuckled to walk back in. As soon as I unbuckled the waiter punched my window and said no tip! and kicked my door. I went back a few years later which is prob like a few months ago and I went in to order. While I waited I asked the owners wife in the front if I could I sit at a table and wait she said yes. At the table there is bread bowls and I ate a piece and the waiter said that is for paying customers. I ordered and paid for food, and he said I couldn't sit there. I told the gentleman that the owner's wife said I could. The waiter went in the back and got her husband and he said that is for paying customers, I said I bought food and your wife told me I could sit here.... They are so rude there, BTW I tasted my food after that and it tasted like a dirty refrigerator and I threw it out. Never going back.
