Will not be trying again. The dad bod burger sucks, Beef Patties tasted pretty bland like cafeteria burger, the bun was cold and fell apart after one bite, barely any blue cheese sauce and no “blue cheese crumbles”, not worth 13 bucks for cheap cafeteria grade burger.  The brisket cheese fries were a let down as well fries were soggy and fell apart like they were not cooked enough from the beginning.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had with the food industry and the food on the website is not an accurate representation. First of all, the lead man, who seems to act like the manager, is spending so much time talking and being overly friendly that he doesn't read the items on the menu. I ordered two combo meals which comes with seasoned fries and drinks, and separate side with a drink. He only gave me one drink and I had to remind him I have combo meals that come with drinks. He seemed a bit clueless. I received my order and when I arrived home I noticed my combos did not come with the seasoned fries I ordered. Called the restaurant  to ask what happened, the lead man insisted I received fries but this wasn't the case and said he would have my fries ready when I returned within 15 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant and fries were not ready. When I received my fries after another 15 minutes, there was no seasoning. I questioned the seasoning and was told there with an attitude there was seasoning salt but they could add more. When I questioned if anyone ever reads the itemized receipts before handing out orders, I was told by a female employee yes but they were so busy I was the only customer in the restaurant at this time that they do make mistakes and was asked if I ever made mistakes? When I questioned their customer service techniques I was rudely asked by another employee if I receive my food? If I did then bye...leave! When I reported that I will be posting a review, I was told by the same employee he didn't care because they get bad reviews all the time. I dont know who the manager is or the owner of this establishment but I would highly advise for change. I will not be visiting this establishment again and would advise others to do the same.

burger was good, added brisket as a topping and it was buttery and delicious so i highly recommend adding brisket to your burger might as well, its a bbq joint lol. Fries were terrible though, tasted old and were completely unsalted. had to salt them myself and throw em in the air fryer to make them edible.

Their service is horrible, food is nothing like the photos, order cheese fries and I received 10 fries with a slice of American cheese on them. Order a double cheeseburger combo with bacon strips, received a single cheeseburger with no bacon strips, and missing fries, the food was cold and greasy. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We will never eat anything from them again.

This place doesn't exist. Don't waste your time. Did an Uber order, two drivers tried to pick up the order. This place dickeys bbq does not have Hamburgers.  Update. They said to contact them. I did no response back.

We also got Big Deal burger ordered.  We ordered one of their large, specialty burgers and it was messy.  It was messy and good though!

Came back again to order their burgers. Still pretty good. They got some giant specialty burgers now. We’ll them next time.

I ordered a burger and the meat seemed old and dry the fries we’re not good either they tasted pretty stale, I will not be coming back again.

We ordered from UberEATS the newest burger. Super worth it. A must try.

I like the build your own options. Let’s me get creative with the toppings and there are some great options.
