Story

Since 1977 Sherlock’s Baker St. Pub has developed the recipe of a fine tuned unique concept. A neighborhood institution uniquely catered for the Sugar Land community as well as the greater Houston area. All of this is accomplished without losing sight of the original inspiration true to its Sherlockian roots. We implore all to come out for a truly wonderful experience (Live Music daily, a Karaoke night, Daily drink specials, as well as many other special events.

Some of the worst service I've ever had. We waited forever for our drinks, our server didn't come back to ask what food we wanted to order. Our orders came out wrong when we were finally able to order food. Our checks were wrong three times and still wrong after that but everyone had given up getting them right by that point. I got my card back after paying and it was broken in three pieces. I had to ask the server twice why it was broken. He ignored me the first time and the second he flippantly responded it broke "while I was swiping it" (it wasn't cracked before). And then he walked away without a 'sorry' or anything. He charged a couple of my friends a "mixed drink tax" when they only had beer. Overall a terrible experience. On the plus side, my food was delicious.

I was VERY disappointed with this Bakers St. I have never been to a Bakers St that was so dirty!!! The place was filthy and smelled like sewage. The girls bathroom was a mess...trash strewn all over the floor, the toilets were dirty, and the counters and mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I'm not from Sugar Land so I was excited to find Bakers St because I love going to The Woodlands location. This Bakers St. is located in a very nice area, we would have never guessed that we were going to walk into the filth we walked into Friday night.  Surely the franchise has some regulations to protect their name.

Went there for lunch and ordered the bite size chicken Diablo's appetizer. It was served with raw chicken in the center which we discovered after 4 people in the party had already eaten one each. The waitress was completely unconcerned by this and offered nothing to right it. The rest of the meal consisted of slow service and cold/warm food. Won't be back!

Place was the best in town 2 years ago and past. Ordered multiple humus plates the vegetables are slimy I had them sent back. The past 3 times I was there the beer smelled bad. One of the workers told me they flush the taps once a week when they are supposed to be flushed every night. I'm giving it a 2 star and not a 1 star because of the memories I have with this place when it was still great.
