Turquoise Grill was established in 2003 at 3701 Kirby. Dr #160 Houston.TX 77098.Turquoise GRILL & BAR is now open and serving to Sugar Land.
The menu offers a wide variety of heart-healthy fresh foods cooked daily including hot & cold appetizers, soups, salads, vegetarian and meat kebabs, gyros, and desserts. Its brick oven specialties such as fresh homemade shepherd bread, Turkish stews, Lahmacun, Pide and lamb dishes date back to the days of the Ottoman Sultan’s kitchens. I was looking to try a new restaurant with my family and was disappointed with the food and service. I ordered stuffed grape leaves and they were dripping with oil on the outside. The “baked” feta was basically just a few small pieces of feta cheese swimming in a bowl of tomato sauce. Not hot or crispy and it had a weird canned flavor. I never return restaurant food but I had to send it back as it was basically inedible. The waitress looked like she was frustrated and ready to go home. Two of my family members got the vegan dish. She brought the meals out , said: “There’s supposed to be falafels with this but I got tired of waiting.” and walked off quickly. I know her attitude was directed towards the chefs and not us but it was still kind of dismissive and rude. Neither of them liked the vegan dish but they didn’t want to make a fuss so they just ate it. On the bright side, my sister had the salmon and said it was very good. Maybe all of the dishes with meat are your best bet. But if you’re looking for Mediterranean food, I would skip this place. Go to the Red Oak Grill. They have friendlier service, better options for vegans and their food is cheaper and tastes better.

Turquoise Grill & Bar is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is superb, the atmosphere excellent, and the staff is wonderful! They catered our Christmas party and our employees raved about the food. We highly recommend you stop by and try the hummus, gyro, homemade pizza...well really anything here, you can't go wrong. You won't be disappointed! Jim is a Master in the kitchen!

Really enjoyed my first time visit here yesterday. We got the veggie platter and the spicy sausage, both are deicidios. The owner was super friendly that he checked on us several times. We even got a little dessert surprise at the end! Very friendly and welcoming staff, great atmosphere and awesome food. Will definitely come back.

I love this place! The food is amazing and all homemade. Wide variety on the menu including vegan and gluten free options. My husband had the lasagna and he thought it was the best he had ever eaten. The chipotle hummus is a great way to begin your meal and end it with baklava!

Wonderful family owned business! Food is freshly made with love! The owner walks around asking how the food and service is and makes great food suggestions!!! WONDERFUL!! If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet, clean restaurant with phenomenal food! Try this place out :)
